Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

  1. It is scientific and focused on the reviews of related problems in Early Childhood Education. Besides, it must be original and based on the research and contributive literature review for the development of Early Childhood Education.
  2. Articles should be original, research-based, unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals.
  3. It consists of title, author’s name, institution, email address, abstract, keywords, content and references.
  4. The title must be clear, precise and no more than 16 words.
  5. The author does not need to include the academic title.
  6. Manuscript should be typed in MS document format with Garamond, size 12 pts, single space, B5 paper roughly 15 to 25 pages (author has to use the journal template)
  7. All submission must include 150-200 words abstract and 3-5 keywords. The abstract of research paper should contain title, purpose, method, and research finding. Meanwhile the abstract of non-research paper includes title, purpose, and discussion.
  8. It must be typed in Microsoft Word with RTF (Rich Text Format) or Doc. (Word Document) and sent to the redaction  by submission facility in this website or via email by using file attachment.
  9. The article must be under 20 % check by plagiarism software
  10. Bibliographical reference at Zuriah : Jurnal Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini must be noted in Bodynote and bibliography according to the ©American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition.

Bibliographical Example:

  • It includes references by the following format below: Hicman, G.R dan Lee, D.S. (2001). Managing Human Resources in The Public Sectors: A Share Responsibility. Forth Worth: Harcourt Collage Publisher

Bodynote Example: 

  • Hicman, G.R dan Lee, D.S. (2001).
  1. The paper will be reviewed and edited without changing any substantial content.
  2. The transliterated paper must be based on the transliterating rules.
  3. The rejected paper will be notified to the author via OJS or email.
