Article Publishing Charge (APC)

To support open access publication and enhance the accessibility of research, this journal applies the following Article Publishing Charge (APC) policy:

APC Fees

  • Starting in 2025, the journal will charge the following publication fees :

    • Domestic Authors (Indonesia): IDR 500,000 per article.
    • International Authors: $35 USD per article.
  • Note: The APC covers the costs of peer review, editing, and online publication. There are no additional charges for article submissions.

APC Fee Exceptions:

  • Editors and Reviewers:
    Editors and reviewers who have actively contributed to the advancement of this journal will be exempt from the obligation to pay the APC for their own articles, provided the article is submitted as the first author. This exception applies for up to two years after they have actively contributed to Arcitech. This is also a recognition of the dedication they have shown to Arcitech.

  • Highly Reputable Authors:
    Authors with a high reputation in research areas relevant to the aims and scope of this journal may be eligible for a discount or exemption from the APC based on the quality of the article submitted. Criteria for highly reputable authors include:

    • A track record of consistently publishing research articles in renowned and reputable journals within the last five years, either as the first author or corresponding author.
    • An h-index greater than 5 in databases like Scopus or Web of Science.
    • The submitted article must be as the first author in Arcitech.
    • The article must have high substantive quality and be free from grammatical errors. This policy helps Arcitech acquire high-quality articles.

Transparency Policy

This journal is committed to using the funds generated from APC transparently to support the sustainability and improvement of publication quality. Authors facing financial challenges may request a waiver or fee reduction by submitting a written application to the editorial team.
