Al-Istinbath : Jurnal Hukum Islam,Â This journal focuses on the study of Islamic jurisprudence and aims to accommodate and socialize the innovative and creative ideas of researchers, academics, and practitioners who are concerned in the field of Islamic Law. The managers invite scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the discipline of Islamic Law to publish their research results after the selection mechanism of the manuscript, the review of the peer reviewer, and the editing process. Al-Istinbath Journal is published every January-May and July-November every year. The journal is published by Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Curup, online and printed twice a year, in May and November. The Editorial Board invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the disciplines of the islamic law to publish the results of their research after the selection of manuscripts, with the peer review and the editing process.
